Eco-friendly Food-grade Lipstick Tray

Unlike flat cosmetic inserts used for powder products, Shunxin factory’s Eco-friendly Food-grade Lipstick Tray is developed around the length, diameter and profile of tube-shaped cosmetics.

The cavity can be produced from the customer's physical sample or dimensional drawing so that the lipstick tube sits in a defined position rather than moving freely inside the package. This structure is suitable for individual products as well as multiple tubes arranged in one package.

Packaging Formats for Different Displays

The same basic tray concept can be adapted to different packaging structures.

Box or Gift Packaging
The tray can be placed inside folding cartons, gift boxes or other secondary packaging to organize individual lipstick products.
