PET offers high transparency and good toughness and meets recyclable packaging requirements. The mask tray can be customized with dedicated flat grooves according to actual mask bags or drawings. The grooves closely fit the bag contours and help prevent movement during transportation. The mask bags are placed horizontally inside the tray, with the grooves securing the four sides to prevent them from sliding out. The tray surface is smoothly finished to reduce friction between the bag and the tray, making handling easier while helping prevent scratches to the packaging.

The mask tray supports single-piece and multi-piece arrangements to accommodate mask bags of different specifications. A folding style is available, with the upper and lower sections folding together to hold the mask in between and provide double-sided protection.
